NIH issued a notice that provides details for grantees; the notice is in addition to previously released guidance from HHS regarding NIH’s contingency staffing plan.

The notice to the NIH extramural community provides information about affected activities, including: management of active grant awards, eRA Commons and grants.gov; drawdown of funds; reporting deadlines; no-cost extension notifications; submission deadlines; Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare business processes; grant peer reviewing meetings; advisory council review meetings; issuance of new awards and grant management activities; operations of the NIH Clinical Center; and NIH administrative functions.

ACR® will continue to update the Federal Government Shutdown: Key Updates for ACR Members webpage. For more information or if you have questions, contact Katie Grady, ACR Government Affairs Director.
